MotorCast AI is an AI-powered car listing video generator built for car dealers and private sellers. Enter a VIN or vehicle details, upload your photos, and MotorCast produces a professional video ad complete with AI voiceover — in minutes, with no editing software required.
There are three steps: (1) Enter your VIN — we auto-fill make, model, trim, and specs from the NHTSA database. (2) Upload your dealership photos and set your price, mileage, and any notes. (3) Click Generate — AI writes a fact-based script, voices it with natural-sounding AI audio, and animates your photos into cinematic video clips. The clips are then stitched into a final MP4, ready to download and post.
Most listings are ready in minutes. The voiceover script and audio generate in under 30 seconds. Each AI video clip takes roughly 60–90 seconds per photo, and up to 2 clips are processed simultaneously. More photos mean a longer (but more impressive) final video.
We query the official NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) vehicle database using your VIN. It returns the year, make, model, trim level, engine specs, drivetrain, and safety ratings. The data is verified government data — no AI guessing. You can also enter a license plate and we decode the VIN automatically (US plates, powered by a plate-lookup API).
Output is a standard MP4 file. You can post it directly to Facebook Marketplace, Instagram Reels, YouTube, TikTok, your dealership website, or any other platform that accepts video. The aspect ratio matches your photos (typically 16:9 for landscape shots or 4:3 for standard dealership photos).
None at all. MotorCast handles everything — scripting, voiceover, animation, and stitching. You just provide the vehicle details and photos. No software to install, no timeline to edit, no studio to book.
Yes. From your dashboard you can open any listing and click "Enhance Your Listing" again to regenerate the video, voiceover, or both. Each regeneration counts as one listing toward your monthly plan.
Start with a Single listing for just $5.99 — no subscription required. It's the lowest-commitment way to experience the full pipeline before choosing a plan. Subscription plans: Starter ($44/mo annual or $59/mo), Pro ($129/mo annual or $149/mo), or Dealer ($399/mo annual or $449/mo).
You can cancel anytime from the Billing section inside your dashboard. There are no cancellation fees. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
The quality of your photos directly impacts how cinematic your final video looks. Follow these guidelines for the best output:
Shoot from all four corners at roughly 45°. Each shot should show the full vehicle — bumper to bumper. Front-left and front-right are your hero shots.
Shoot in natural daylight — overcast skies work well (no harsh shadows). Avoid shooting into direct sunlight. Golden hour (1 hr after sunrise / before sunset) gives a premium look.
Use a clean, uncluttered background. An empty parking lot, open road, or plain wall works best. Avoid busy lots with other cars, signage, or distracting objects in frame.
Keep 10–20 feet between you and the vehicle so the whole car fits in frame with a little breathing room on each side. Cropped bumpers reduce video quality significantly.
Wash and detail the car before shooting. Close all doors and windows. Move the vehicle away from other cars. A clean, ready car always generates a more professional video.
Shoot in the highest resolution your phone or camera supports. Landscape orientation (horizontal) is preferred. Minimum 1080p — higher is better. JPG or PNG both work fine.
